There are a number of hotels, inns, and bed-and-breakfast facilities in the Heppenheim area. Although there is no official Conference Hotel, the EuroSETI04 organizers recommend the Hotel Mercure Heppenheim. Affiliated with the Accor hotel chain, this three-star facility is located in the old part of Heppenheim, near the town hall, and has 112 guest rooms. Rates begin at 83 Euros per night, single or double, plus city tax.

Other facilities: 63 non-smoking rooms, air conditioned rooms with minibar, pay-tv, satellite-tv, health club, in-house movies, indoor swimming pool, parking/garage, room service, sauna room, swimming pool.
